[Feature]: Implement Color Inversion Filter

So, what is it about?

Implement a color inversion function using standard logic, ensuring the brightness value remains unchanged. Additionally, add command-line tags, such as 'g' for grayscale and 's' for sepia, for function selection. Add Its algorithm in readme.md.
