FAQ question for release process #1178
Description
Following retreat discussions and the composition of a release process internal guide, we can communicate some key details from this process, insomuch as it affects our community. This should include things like
- How long the testing phase is before release
- Mention that OSC implements new versions before they are released
- Give some idea of the frequency, intended or attained.
- Shed light on the semantic versioning criteria we use
- encourage and reassure people to update their instances
