The idea here is to replace https://grass.osgeo.org/learn/tutorials/ with this new quarto website. So the tutorials linked on grass website should be moved to this website. After considering different options, I decided the best way is to use the posts where each post will contain the link to the tutorial or links to a set of tutorials. This PR moves only some of the tutorials to this new system.
