SoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.3 — personal memory on demand
Personal memory is available on demand instead of being included automatically in unrelated requests. This remains a public text-memory beta.
Recognized birth details, personal profiles, health, intimate and private contact content are excluded from automatic projections and unrelated saved-memory capture/admission context, including quoted evidence. Default current/history search and link navigation hide recognized private content. An explicit memory_search with includePrivate: true retrieves relevant personal content when requested. Legacy mixed topic files are conservatively excluded as a whole from default search when recognized private content occurs within them.
This is heuristic exposure reduction, not exhaustive classification, encryption or an access-control boundary. Raw Markdown and source records remain plaintext; file tools can read them. Explicit retrieval still enters the active log and model request. Existing ordinary messages, session archives, exports, caches, backups and provider copies are not erased. memory_forget stops using index entries; it does not wipe historical copies.
Validation: 980 source tests and 980 actual Node24 archive tests; official DSH installation and a two-version host probe with isolated synthetic data and a scripted local adapter. The probe observes actual outbound request preparation: old and fresh sessions omit the saved private profile, default search hides it, explicit retrieval finds it. It makes no external-model or stable-quality claim. The daily desktop was installed through the official manager; all 154 package files match and all 14 preexisting Markdown files remain unchanged.
Install the attached tested archive through the official DSH plugin manager, or use the pinned Git release. The same tested archive is now public on npm as solopup-memory@0.21.0-beta.3; the beta tag points to beta.3 and latest intentionally remains beta.1. Public download SHA256/SHA512 matches the verified archive. A fresh isolated official DSH npm install matched all 154 files, loaded six tools under Node24, and preserved synthetic data on uninstall. The configured third-party market also resolves the exact npm beta.3 version. No schema migration or original history erasure is performed.
SoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.2
SoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.2 is a text-memory public beta for DeepSeek Harness.
Explicit remember requests now receive separate plugin instructions to use the real native memory tool in the same turn, with accurate recorded/pending/rejected reporting. Personal self-reports remain claims; assistant guesses are not confirmed personal facts. Automatic capture uses short, code-bound source labels before the existing identity and quotation checks.
Verified: 975 source tests and 975 tests from the actual Node 24 package; fresh-home load and uninstall data retention. In the daily DSH Standard preset with real DeepSeek calls, a natural request used native memory_write in its first turn; a new unseeded session recalled the project fact. A separate new session recalled an existing global personal fact. Real extraction retained original user source identity and excluded an assistant-invented place. Synthetic sources were withdrawn; existing Markdown was preserved.
The first combined probe exhausted its own call cap before global recall; that incomplete attempt remains recorded and the successful follow-up is separate. This is bounded validation, not stable semantic acceptance. Broader natural-dialogue and platform gaps remain; GitHub CI is not enabled.
npm now publishes the identical tested archive as solopup-memory@0.21.0-beta.2; the beta tag selects beta.2 and latest remains beta.1. Install with dsh plugin --profile desktop add solopup-memory@beta --ignore-scripts. A fresh isolated DSH installed from the public registry, matched all 152 files, loaded the six tools under Node 24 and preserved data on uninstall. The self-hosted DSH market index now selects this exact npm version. See npm-distribution-receipt.json for the registry integrity proof.
The daily desktop was installed from the exact public npm version and cleanly restarted. Official in-app market search returned beta.2 as compatible and installed, with an npm install target; temporary diagnostics were removed. Existing memory text was preserved.
SoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.1
SoloPup Memory is a layered text-memory plugin for DeepSeek Harness. This is the first public beta, derived from the local dsh-memory dev.45 implementation. It is not a stable-release or comparative-superiority claim.
Install in DSH
dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:OakcoderX/solopup-memory#v0.21.0-beta.1 --ignore-scriptsFor an immutable pin, replace the tag with the full source commit shown below. Executable ESM is included; no install-time build scripts are required. The release tarball also supports offline installation with DSH's official plugin manager. SHA256SUMS lists release-asset hashes for integrity checks.
DSH ecosystem
The repository carries the official community dsh-plugin topic. For the experimental Custom plugin markets bundle, add this self-hosted index in Discover:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OakcoderX/solopup-memory/main/market/index.json
The index follows the official format and pins the Git source to a full commit. DSH does not ship default index sources; this is not an official endorsement or central-directory approval.
Upgrade and safety boundary
Back up the full memory system privately, stop hosts using it, remove the former dsh-memory bundle, then install solopup-memory. Do not enable both. Data locations, snapshot identifiers and source-withdrawal controls are retained. Important memories still require checking the original source.
The renamed package has separate source, actual-archive and official-host checks. See the attached engineering receipt for actual counts and archive hashes. Unit checks and a loaded version do not prove complete natural-dialogue quality.
Known stable-release gaps: a soft/default versus draft-exception applicability concern, an observed automatic-extraction capture-invalid-envelope failure, prospective semantic acceptance and sustained real use. Two older workflow checks also rejected equivalent condition representations; their original failures were retained. Text only, lexical retrieval, 2,000-character complete-source message window. No multi-day reliability or independent superiority claim.

02c430a786e450442fce06e26a5f36b46060b7072f7365609d6f868ed6c543ba - Source and actual-archive suites: 972 passed each. Official lifecycle: 22 hosts / 105 local scripted streams / 14 manager actions passed. Public Git install and the actual daily desktop synthetic-source native flow passed.
- GitHub CI is not enabled: the current publisher authorization lacks workflow permission. An optional template is provided under
ci/; no automated GitHub run or cross-platform pass is claimed.
npm publication and in-app market
The same tested archive is now public on npm.
dsh plugin --profile desktop add solopup-memory@beta --ignore-scriptsThe market index now targets the exact npm version solopup-memory@0.21.0-beta.1. Installation from the public registry into a fresh DSH profile matched all 149 packaged files, loaded six memory tools and preserved data on uninstall. The actual daily desktop market service also returned the compatible, installed entry with this npm install target. The daily desktop now uses the same public npm version. See the additional npm distribution receipt.
This remains a public beta. The shared third-party curated catalog submission is prepared and scheduled after its repository-age requirement; no merged listing or official endorsement is claimed.
