SoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.2
Pre-releaseSoloPup Memory 0.21.0-beta.2 is a text-memory public beta for DeepSeek Harness.
Explicit remember requests now receive separate plugin instructions to use the real native memory tool in the same turn, with accurate recorded/pending/rejected reporting. Personal self-reports remain claims; assistant guesses are not confirmed personal facts. Automatic capture uses short, code-bound source labels before the existing identity and quotation checks.
Verified: 975 source tests and 975 tests from the actual Node 24 package; fresh-home load and uninstall data retention. In the daily DSH Standard preset with real DeepSeek calls, a natural request used native memory_write in its first turn; a new unseeded session recalled the project fact. A separate new session recalled an existing global personal fact. Real extraction retained original user source identity and excluded an assistant-invented place. Synthetic sources were withdrawn; existing Markdown was preserved.
The first combined probe exhausted its own call cap before global recall; that incomplete attempt remains recorded and the successful follow-up is separate. This is bounded validation, not stable semantic acceptance. Broader natural-dialogue and platform gaps remain; GitHub CI is not enabled.
npm now publishes the identical tested archive as solopup-memory@0.21.0-beta.2; the beta tag selects beta.2 and latest remains beta.1. Install with dsh plugin --profile desktop add solopup-memory@beta --ignore-scripts. A fresh isolated DSH installed from the public registry, matched all 152 files, loaded the six tools under Node 24 and preserved data on uninstall. The self-hosted DSH market index now selects this exact npm version. See npm-distribution-receipt.json for the registry integrity proof.
The daily desktop was installed from the exact public npm version and cleanly restarted. Official in-app market search returned beta.2 as compatible and installed, with an npm install target; temporary diagnostics were removed. Existing memory text was preserved.
