This feels a bit pointless since most properties are simply translated to camelCase, the only exception are excluded sensitive values. Happy to revisit the mapping story later on.

Same as the certificates PR this one adds get/list tools for Accounts by querying the public endpoints and mapping the resources, excluding sensitive values.
The types were not available in the typescript client so I copied them over from the frontend code.
