Description
Provide required information needed to triage your issue
I tried testing this recent API change to suppress a referenced add-in prompt when a file is opened in Beta documented here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/publish/manage-trust-options?source=recommendations&utm_source=chatgpt.com#disable-trust-prompts-for-add-ins-that-arent-installed
During testing I saw that when I open a file created with the API changes the add-in install prompt does not happen however it opens a white empty task pane as seen in the screen recording.

Opening a file w/o the API change vs opening a file w/ the API change
*opened a file that has embedded an add-in in it
