This PR fixes the OneSignal.podspec to allow it to be published.

Details

The dependency for the OSCore subspec was pointing to the OneSignalXCFramework/OneSignalCore instead of OneSignal/OneSignalCore

Motivation

required for releasing the OneSignal.podspec (we may want to drop this though)
