* Move Objective-C and Swift projects into an Example folder. * Example projects now use Cocoapods instead of direct local imports. - This show a better example of how it will be add to a real app. * Created a OneSignalDevApp as a test project for SDK development
* Moved all SDK source files into a Source folder with a single level depth. - Files were inconsistently in nested folders. - Keep files at at single level in this folder, use Xcode to create nesting.
