Get only the changed API info

I would like to know if there is a way to get the compatibility result based only on the API that changed and not worry about the deleted APIs.

The only possible solution is to filter out deleted APIs before rendering in case you build your own tool on top of openapi-diff, but there are no configuration options for that purpose.

Potentially can be solved by introducing overridable templates for rendering in scope of #355
