Merge `oauth_tokens` table into the `credential_bodies` table

The oauth_tokens table is a leftover table coming from the One Token, Multiple credentials oauth design we did few months ago which turned to be a bad architecture that we rolled back. We, at that time, decided not to clean the DB, but now might be the right time to the cleaning.
