Canvas goes completely blank when you add a new node

Describe the bug
When you add a new node on the collaborative editor and press enter, the canvas goes blank. The workflow restores with the new node added when you hard refresh the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new workflow
2. Toggle on the collaborative editor
3. Add a new node on the canvas and press ENTER
4. Notice that the canvas goes blank after pressing enter
5. Hard refresh the page and notice that the workflow is restored on the canvas with the new node added
6. Notice that you can now seamlessly add more nodes after the refresh
