Gate release 10.1

Dear all,

The new Gate10 release 10.1 is now available for all.

Just pip install --upgrade opengate and you should be good to go. This version now comes with Geant4 11.4 (dec 2025). The detailed changes are described here. Thanks to all contributors, 11 new for this release.

Warning : there is a compatibility break. Defining filters is now much easier and natural, but it requires that you modify your current scripts.
