Corrects the repository dashboard's counts, source status, and navigation.

  • Count unique records in active sources and all published database records.
  • Clearly identify archived and disabled repositories, historical harvest results, and records shared with active sources.
  • Repair incomplete GitHub repository links and add filtered Search API links for every repository.
  • Distinguish database publication counts from live search-index verification.

Includes #20. Validated with 13 focused tests, PostgreSQL integration coverage, read-only production count checks, and repository/filter link checks.
