OpenGeoMetadata API v0.10.4

Simplifies the repository dashboard and verifies nightly harvest/index completion.

• Show only repositories represented in the live search index, with actual indexed counts.
• Remove Never Harvested Here and redundant source information.
• Wait for every nightly harvest and index update; fail the workflow on import, indexing, discovery, or timeout errors.
• Keep the daily 07:15 UTC schedule and maintain the SSH connection during long runs.

OpenGeoMetadata API v0.10.2

Fixes harvesting from archived OpenGeoMetadata repositories, including the deprecated BTAA sources migrated into geobtaa.

• Handle archive webhooks and exclude archived local checkouts from standalone harvesting.

OpenGeoMetadata API v0.10.1

Fix incomplete search results after OGM harvests

Harvests now synchronize their records to Elasticsearch before reporting success. Synchronization uses bounded bulk batches, preserves the live index, removes unpublished records from search, and invalidates search/suggestion caches. Index failures are surfaced on the harvest run.

Production reconciliation restored 184,362 missing search documents. Unfiltered search now returns 321,304 published records: 318,052 repository-tagged records plus 3,252 other published records. The dashboard's 353,076 harvested entries include shared record IDs across repositories.

Includes a manual synchronization command and regression tests for pagination, publication handling, cache invalidation, incomplete indexing, and harvest failure propagation. No database migration is required.

OpenGeoMetadata API v0.10.0

Highlights

• Fix repository dashboard timeouts by calculating repository counts in grouped queries (#16).
• Preserve resource counts, publication-state handling, duplicate-tag behavior, and empty repository rows.
• Include the merged OpenGeoMetadata identity cleanup and search, thumbnail, geometry, and cache improvements.

Validation

• Production read-only query benchmark: 666.8 ms, with identical complete results for all 48 repositories.
• Seven focused repository/API/rendering tests passed, including real PostgreSQL edge cases.
• Full backend suite, Ruff, and deployment invariant checks passed for the merged dashboard fix.

No database migration is required for the dashboard query change.

Deployment verification

Deployed through Kamal to ogm.geo4lib.app on October 2, 2026. Web, worker, and cron roles are running v0.10.0; the worker connected to Redis and reported ready.

• Final release PR passed the full backend suite, Ruff, and deployment invariant checks.
• Dashboard returned HTTP 200 in 1.32–1.52 seconds across three external HTTPS requests.
• Repository API returned all 48 repositories.
• Search and API docs returned HTTP 200; OpenAPI reports version 0.10.0.
