[CLI] Improve CLI experience when running a long-running command

What problem or use case are you trying to solve?

When an agent is running a long-running command inside the CLI, the whole CLI is frozen.

Describe the UX or technical implementation you have in mind

We should either display something that tells the user the CLI is actually working, or show stream a rolling window of bash execution output in real-time.

Will need OpenHands/OpenHands#5213 and OpenHands/OpenHands#8384 to be merged first.

We got similar feedback today actually - a marketing partner suggested some sort of UX indicator to show it's working. For example, Codex will increment a counter every second.
