When settings are imported, but states/scenes/endpoints not found, "vnode" or "xxx is undefined error breaks SPA #168
Description
When a settings.json is imported, where states or scenes widgets are present on the dashboard, but no items which such IDs exists, the frontend breaks with "vnode" and "xxx is undefined" errors.
