[IDEA] Installation next steps Readme popup

To further improve out-of-the-box experience, upon successful installation we could have a README pop up that explains what you need to do next (i.e. for Windows, start the Daemon/Service etc). Other info such as where to get a launcher for the Admin console could also prove useful at this point.
