[IDEA] Include channel name in channel-writer send

Channel Writer includes sourceChannelId and sourceMessageId. It would be nice to have the source Channel Name displayed (whether as a UI enhancement of the metadata, or as a sourceChannelName metadata entry).

Bonus points for:

• Navigate to channel
• Navigate to message ID

it would be fairly trivial to add channelName to the sourceMap when invoking the router. I dont think linking to the message browser for that channel (or message id) would be feasible because that view currently is just the map viewer. Overall I like the idea as a good QoL feature
