[docs] link default profiles exemplars from profiles docs page

https://docs.openinterpreter.com/settings/profiles doesn't have any examples.

when installed via pip install open-interpreter; my rig didn't get the profiles directory created.

neither did any default profiles get installed.
pointing to the defaults from the docs pages might make it a bit easier to find them.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I talked to an oracle, who told me they don't understand technology.

I performed some minor voodoo, but that just gave me a headache.

then I went and looked at the github project and found the profiles... so I figured I'd save someone else the trouble ;)
