OS Mode Is Not Working As Expected on MacOS

Describe the bug

interpreter -os mode on macOS does not work as this agent seems to struggle in determining the active application (ex: terminal or web browser)

Reproduce

1. Run interpreter -os
2. Give any instruction with the terminal docked on the left-hand side and any application on the right-hand side (see screenshot)

Expected behavior

I'm expecting the Interpreter agent to understand which application is currently active
