add gotoblas_corename to dll exports list

Thank you for the patch.
However, I didn't plan to export gotoblas_corename. Instead, I will export openblas_get_corename.

Thanks @xianyi! I realized just adding it to the exports list wouldn't work when DYNAMIC_ARCH is disabled, your version looks better and gives the same functionality. 👍
