[TS] IRC chat server messages are one word on each line.

As can be seen in this screen shot:

The messages from "Battlefield control" have plenty of space to be on one line but they are wrapped.

This is with TS mod and the latest build of bleed.

This was caused by a conflict between #13175 and #13224 that wasn't exposed until #13247 was merged. This is an unfortunate and hard to avoid side effect of having PRs sitting open in the queue for long periods.

I will fix it as part of #13185.
