InstallShield setup.z extractor fails for Dune 2000

The Dune 2000 CD also has a setup/setup.z which I can unpack with http://legroom.net/software/uniextract using a closed-source i3comp.exe (Stirling Technologies, Freeware). All the game data except the music is included in this InstallShield 3.0 archive. To get the CD ripper working the InstallUtils need to be updated. I found some documentation on the format at https://github.com/ahnurmi/openiw/wiki/InstallShield-v3 There seems to be an Open Source tool named STIX written in Assembly, Object Pascal and German for decompression. Well I could help with the last two languages a bit. The author also packed the code in an old DOS archive format called ARJ which I can't open so I gave up here.

Thanks, I repacked it http://www.file-upload.net/download-4516721/stix_src.zip.html Seems to have no Copyright notice or License specified. I also don't understand the ASM file at all.
