Errors in category retrieval during step to configure parsing options

This occurred during user testing in Sept / Oct session, if it's been fixed since then, we can close the issue.

One user was loading categories with relatively long titles via the Commons extension, which seemed to throw an error during retrieval process at preview stage, as well as after project creation.

Expected behaviour would be to be able to load any valid category, regardless of length or characters in use.

I just tested it with the same category as in your example (Dumbarton Oaks collection PHBZ024, Frank Kidner photographs, 1983-1999)

Tested both in Paws and locally (OR 3.8.2 release with Extension 0.1.2 release) and it works without errors in both of them, both in preview and project.
