Summary

Regenerated Python SDK with latest OpenAPI spec and Speakeasy overlays
Added new overlays for headers, open enums, and RSS response handling
Updated documentation and component references
Added Apache License 2.0

Test plan

Verify SDK builds successfully with speakeasy run
Run existing tests to ensure no regressions
Validate generated types match OpenAPI spec
