EPG Update Question for Multiple Lineups #326

I have to honest, I thought that when Sage did an EPG update that it was across the board, for all sources/tuners. If not checking in the logs to see what's happening when, then maybe just check how far out your EPG is for various sources at 11:40 AM to see which lineup has an extra day of data. |

I don't very often go in and modify channels in Channel Setup, but I suppose it makes sense that if I do, it might only fetch EPG guide data for that lineup. Most of the time my Sage system just does an EPG update daily without my intervention, and I assumed it updated all lineups at that time (I haven't researched this to confirm). On the rare occasion that I need to force an EPG update, I usually do so from the Web Interface "Force EPG Update" which I have always assumed (without confirming) updates all the lineups. What exactly was your question again? |

FWIW, I'm pretty sure the sage log file has that information. Search for 'epg' and the lineup identifier. I only have OTA, so it's my zip code. I think it will also say when the next update will be. |

Thanks @xjim1, that helped. If I search the sage log files for "uri='/20141201/lineups/USA-", that seems to find all of my EPG updates. Here's the Windows command that searches all of my sage log files and displays all of the EPG update lines in chronological order:

I have two SchedulesDirect lineups defined in SageTV, one for OTA and one for cable. When I look under Program Guide on the WebGUI Home page, it will say something like:
Last EPG Update: May 14, 2026, 11:28:47 AM
Next EPG Update In: 0.58hrs
Is there any way that I can tell which lineup updated at 11:28, and which lineup will be updating in 0.58hrs?
