how to exchange logo in initial signature email

I was wondering where and how I can replace the logo that's in the initial email that sends out the initial request for the signature. I am reffering to this part. I am using the latest docker image in the self host environment.

I somehow managed to replace the logo in the other emails that are being send but this one feels kinda tricky.
