[Bug]: "Completed" tab under documents fails to load or takes a long time #1997

Issue Description

When I go to click on the "Completed" tab under documents, I get the sideways 8 icon and it just spins. I've waited as much as 3 minutes for it to load and sometimes it literally doesn't load at all. It just spins indefinitely. The rest of the site loads flawlessly and quickly. Just wanted to see if there was a workaround/what to do if this particular section doesn't load.

Expected Behavior

Load like all other tabs.

Click under "documents" folder, then click on "Completed" with the checkmark.
