Add Gnss and Imu Sensor Measurements

Problem

Currently it is not possible to include raw Gnss and Imu Sensor measurements of one or more sensors.

Proposed solution

Add a repeated GnssSensorView and a repeated ImuSensorView similiar to RadarSensorView, LidarSensorView, ....

Backwards compatibility

Should be backwards compatible as these are additional fields and can also be empty which restores old behaviour.
