Simple CMake build script that should work well when integrating OSI into larger project build scripts (i.e. header includes, etc., are propagated automatically). In the future it would likely make sense to autogenerate the version proto information, so that the OSI release numbers can be included in the CMakeLists.txt package declaration, but keep single sourcing.
