'Invisible' doesn't work properly?

As you know, we can use some cheat options in Player menu. Currently I'm just checking everything on there, like "Invincible, Invisible, Infinite Ammo, Weapons Allowed, Authority Figure". Especially, I was very helped from Outfit options for Chameleon challenge. (Sometimes you have to search with different words, latter episodes don't use actual place names but codenames, like 'Dugong(Ambrose Island)'.)

Anyway, when I use 'Invisible' option, somehow it works from the beginning. Normally, when I'm using 'Invisible', enforcers don't notice even I never use any disguise. But after I do something, it's suddenly disabled (even it's still checked on the Player tab) and they noticed me. I don't know its mechanism or how to use.

p.s.1. Whenever I changed my disguise after using 'Invisible' and others, somehow 'Authority Figure' became unchecked automatically. Maybe it's the reason, because only authority characters do illegal actions?
p.s.2. Nevermind, it can't hide illegal actions. I used Waiter disguise and put Emetic poison in every cups while I was using 'Invisible' and others, but finally they found me right after I left there. I guess some(or every) interactions reset the 'Invisible' status somehow, even it's still checked.
