Error in Bootstrapmade form

Hello! I'm building a website with a Bootstrapmade template and can't afford the license to access the PHP files, so I'm implementing PHPMailer.
The system works quite well and the emails arrive correctly, but the error box contains a lot of content I don't understand, and after searching and asking hosting technical support, I can't solve it.
The problem is that the messages weren't displaying properly and the page was freezing.
Can you help me?

They're not errors, you have debug output enabled. Turn it off like this:

$mail->SMTPDebug = 0;

or just don't set SMTPDebug at all, and it will default to off.

Yes, I know most of the text is from the debug output, but it all starts with the word error and validate.js doesn't change the error-message class to sent-message, so something is wrong.

validate.js isn't part of PHPMailer, and it's JS, not PHP, so it's not even running in the same place, and I can't tell what it's doing.
