Table width is documented as percentage but needs to be multiplied with 50 for DOCX

The documentation about the 'table' element states:

Table styles:
-  ``width`` Table width in percent

However, if you want to have a 100% width table in a DOCX file, you need to multiply the value with 50 (e.g. 100% = 100 * 50 = 5000). The same goes for cell width.

I accidentally developed against the master branch for a while, I'm not sure whether this issue is present in the develop branch?

The maximum width can only be 100%. 100% percent already means the full width of the page. Your proposal to make a width of 5000% seems to be wrong.

I am aware of that; I need to enter 50 * 100 to actually get 100% width. Which would be a bug in either the documentation/unit or the calculation.

There's actually a comment on code that confirms this. This should be documented.
