Allow contribution documentation to be compatible with Github and Sphinx-generated website #250
Description
Currently, contribution guidelines are written in markdown format, and available through Github since most developer will work rather with the GitHub repository than the documentation website.
However, it could be nice to have a way to have a documentation system that is both compatible with sphinx and GitHub, without being too complicated to develop.
