I added a very small file where the semi-explicit DAE
DiscontinuousTestDAEis simulated using the newSemiImplicitDAEsweeper, which is for @Ouardghi to have a playground that should support his understanding how the new sweeper works. Since this file contains no special things (and thus there is no reason to add it to the project in my opinion..) I added the DAE playground for that.
