Timestamp age reference in custom check is unclear

It is unclear what the timestamp means in the customchecks.

The following is for example shown:

ServiceControl Health reported by Particular.xxxxx.xxxxxon MYHOSTNAME 4 minutes ago

This can indicate:

1. When the last time the custom check was run
2. When the custom check first failed

The format string should explain the meaning of this value.

Maybe:

ServiceControl Health reported by Particular.xxxxx.xxxxx on MYHOSTNAME, last checked 4 minutes ago

or

ServiceControl Health reported by Particular.xxxxx.xxxxx on MYHOSTNAME, Failure started 4 minutes ago
