Symptom
Restarting the Service Pulse service resets the service_control_url setting in the app.constant.js to the default value of http://localhost:33333/api/. This file is meant to be user configurable as outlined in the documentation: http://docs.particular.net/servicepulse/servicepulse-host-config

User who have updated to 1.3.0 through to 1.3.4
