Status of actions on failed messages do not persist across states/clients #252
Description
Show notifications for enqueued/successful retry/archive of failed notifications corresponding to a given message/group within its row in the list and persist it across states or clients.
Those messages should persist across both same-client and multiple-client states, so it requires changes to SC.
This is to help further mitigate the issue with alerts, as described in #251
