"Well done, no errors here" state shows while loading SC data. If the data is pulled in SP quick enough, it gives the wrong impression and impulsive users might dismiss SP too soon.
Show "Well done, no errors here" state only when that's confirmed to be true. While loading data, it's best to use a loading indicator in the place where the empty state message shows.
