Unclear if new messages have failed in group while group retry request operation was in progress #389
Description
In #382 we introduced the ability to warn users if some messages were not requested to be retried due to a ServiceControl restart during the operation's message marking phase. This will help the user understand there's still messages left to retry in that group.
However, if new messages failed in that group while the messages were being marked or sent, this may not become obvious once the operation ends. This means it won't be clear that any troubleshooting done by the user hasn't solved the problem before the operation was initiated.
This can be solved by warning user if new messages have failed in group while the retry request operation was in progress, by using a warning style similar to that related to ServiceControl restarts:
