Here's how it looks on my machine:

Cleared the cache etc.

Based on a new install of latest builds:

SC - 1.0.0-Beta1.42
SP - 1.0.0-Alpha1.28

Based on @SimonCropp test there are JS errors:

Looks like http://localhost:8082/js/custom_checks/customchecks.js doesnt exist

@dannycohen it is a case sensitivity issue. @indualagarsamy is adding a work around

@johnsimons might be work lowercasing all the embedded resource names to ensure it doesnt happen again??

No, this is actually good because this way we are covered for if the user
decides to install it on a case sensitive web server like apache.
The testing picks it up :)

huh? it would still work if it we made the resource discovery case insensitive

There is no resource discovery when u take nancy out of the picture, so in
other words the users hosts just the HTML, CSS, js and images in their own
web server of choice.
This is a supported scenario.
