When we introduced the failed messages grouping functionality, we noticed that the way we had been presenting action confirmations filled the screen in an annoying way. So we took the confirmations that seemed to be noisy and replaced them with interactions and animations where you are doing your work.
We have considered
Some Confirmation message shouldn’t ever make it to a user’s screen. Each notification has been assessed for its importance and value to the user.
When designing platform Confirmation message, we paid attention to product usage data, as well as other information we gathered about our users. We considered this to ensure we could make notifications
relevant for users
We have taken care to keep the messages clear and understandable. We have tried to keep the message concise but comprehensible. We don’t want to frustrate users with the wording of the confirmation.
We have reorganized the interface to keep you free of noise on the screen, the detail is there where you need it.
So instead of this
you'll see confirmations in place when you perform actions in ServicePulse.
