  • adds customer fields for 3DS compliance (email, name, phone, billing and shipping addresses)
  • adds simple test for purchase success, with some additional request data structure validation
  • changes Omnipay card field to be required
  • fixes code conventions using current composer script (phpcs)
  • removes redundant initialize() method on PurchaseRequest
