Connect directly to Chronik for payment detection #519
Description
We will be adding this socket connection in addition to the one to paybutton-server.
Ideally, the client should never be blocked by anything that's supposed to be coming from paybutton-server.
This will probably have no impact on payment reliability but it will at least make it faster by cutting us out of the equation and allowing the user to get the best possible server connection at page load. It's a bit less important that messages coming from paybutton-server arrive immediately but we'll still want to profile the various components of the pipeline there at some point as it would impact things like payment triggers.
