[FIX] releaseR4.1.0 - error in CircleCI in branch: enh/benchmark_lm

related to package matrixStats
On my laptop: fixed the similar error with devtools::check() for R 4.1.1 by: uninstall matrixStats 0.60.0 (not meet the requirement in DESCRIPTION: >=0.60.1) and install the latest one 0.61.0

Although in DESCRIPTION, I have specified: matrixStats (>= 0.60.1), or even (>= 0.61.0)
When running Circle CI, step "Install package dependencies", it says:
Error: package ‘matrixStats’ 0.60.0 was found, but >= 0.60.1 is required by ‘MatrixGenerics’
This also failed the installation of "DelayedArray" and "HDF5Array"

tried but not worked for R 4.1.0 on circle ci: packages to import specified in DESCRIPTION:

• matrixStats (>= 0.60.1)
• matrixStats (>= 0.61.0)
• MatrixGenerics only without matrixStats
• matrixStats (>= 0.61.0), MatrixGenerics <== by re-running job with SHS and launching R in it, I have comfirmed that matrixStats installed was 0.60.0 and MatrixGenerics wasn't installed
• removed matrixStats and MatrixGenerics in DESCRIPTION file; removed the "," at the end of import list
