NOTE: this PR requires #208 to be merged (SSL support) - both PRs touch similar files so 208 was integrated here to avoid merge conflicts. The actual set of changes in this PR is much smaller.
This PR moves the old backup symlink logic in Main.py down to a new class named "Rotate" (Rotate.py) which also adds the new-feature of backup rotation by count/number of backups or time (in days).
This resolves #146.
