[Phobos bug] Mind control range limit desync #196

Used Phobos build: Build 12
Bug description: when the unit goes out of mind control maximum range it eventually desyncs the game
Conditions: multiplayer game, RotE mastermind with non-negative MindControlRangeLimit, multiple units
Steps to reproduce: mind control units then move the mind controller or units out of the range.
Expected result: units should be unmindcontrolled normally
Actual result: the game desynced after some actions from unmindcontrolled units
