Note that in order to use it, you must be on a paid plan for SendGrid is marked as a premium apps.

hang on, the specific additional functions im requesting is with regards to creating Single Sends (campaign sends rather than single recipient emails)

Thanks for the clarification. I created a new request for your functionality.
You requested a new app integration for SendGrid, I just created a new reuqest using the template for an action that doesn't exist in an existing app integration.
