[BUG] Google calendar - Upcoming Event Alert does not emit new event

Describe the bug
I created the Google Calendar - Upcoming Event Alert source to alert 5 minutes before the event

Then I created 2 test events that will happens after 5 minutes

When the time comes, the source does not emit event. And the source log throws error
